Colorado Data Sharing Network
Overview
The Colorado Data Sharing Network (CDSN) is a collaborative platform developed by the Colorado Water Quality Monitoring Council (CWQMC) to improve access to water quality throughout the state.
The CDSN enables organizations to share monitoring data with regulators, researchers, stakeholders, and the public through a centralized online system. By making water quality data more accessible, the network promotes collaboration, reduces duplication of effort, and supports informed water resource management decisions across the state.
Each dataset contributed to the CDSN expands our collective understanding of Colorado’s waterways and helps support effective, science-based monitoring programs.
The CDSN provides a centralized platform for managing, sharing, analyzing, and reporting water quality data throughout Colorado. Built on a customized Ambient Water Quality Monitoring System (AWQMS), CDSN enables organizations to manage monitoring data efficiently while improving collaboration across the state’s water quality community.
